How can I buy the Bonus Pack separately from the games? The one with the disco ball and stuff. Does it come in the Bonus Mission Pack? Or is it a different one?

The Disco ball is the special dance (/dancenew) for Dervishes that comes with the Nightfall Collectors edition. Amazon.com still has them in stock for $60, so other places probably do too, they're nowhere near as rare as the Prophecies CE for example.

You can't buy the special dance separate from the rest of the CE.

The Bonus packs that exist are for the Game of the Year items which can be bought from the in game store, and there's the bonus mission pack, again, from the in game store. Neither of these grant the bonuses from collectors editions.

The disco ball and other special dances/auras are for those who bought collectors editions. To get them you would have to rebuy the full game in collectors edition (cost 70.00 at release but you can find the nightfall one for a lot less than that now).

There are also pre-release packs for each game that give you special weapons. you can sometimes find those on e-bay. They are bought separately from the games.

Then there is the bonus mission pack which you can get from the online store. It gives special missions through which you can earn some nice weapons. This is also sold separately.
